Postpartum Depression

P6090163.jpgDid you give birth recently? Isn’t it easy to get tired? Don’t you become anxious or depressed, and you don’t feel like your regular self? If this is so, you are not the only one. Many women experience this feeling after bearing a baby, and they get surprised at encountering emotional instability. Postpartum depression affects 10-20% of mothers within 3-6 months.

Assistance and support play an important role in returning to good health. Our clinic will consult with you through the Advanced Appointment System and will respond according to the symptoms and circumstances. These symptoms are temporary, and can be treated with medical assistance. The recommended treatments are counselling or medication. (Both can be used in some cases.)

The clinic director is also the director of International Postpartum Support, PSI-Japan(PSI-JAPAN:http://www.hac.mie-u.ac.jp/PSI_JAPAN/top.asp), and he is a specialist who has translated a guide for postpartum depression. If you are concerned with a mental or physical ailment, please feel free to make an appointment and consult with us. The 1st step is the most important.
