We accept appointments for medical examinations by mobile phone (I-mode, EZ web, Vodafone live!).Please access our mobile phone appointment system by one of the following methods.

Booking an Appointment
 
  1. Select [1] and enter your registered Medical Examination Number and Password.
  2. When you select a department within our clinic, a calendar will show which dates are available for appointments (crosses denote an unavailable time). If you would like to see the calendar of available dates for next month, click the Next Month button.
  3. Next, select the preferred date and time for your medical examination (A date must be selected, but if no time is stated, all hours of the selected date will be displayed).
  4. When you select your physician, all of their available booking times will be displayed. Please use the menu to select your preferred appointment time. You can only book an appointment for the times displayed.
  5. Press Next and the confirmation window will be displayed.
  6. If you are happy with your proposed appointment, click OK, and when the appointment is confirmed, a confirmation e-mail will be sent to you.
   
Please Note:
 
You can book an appointment for anytime using your mobile phone, but we must have at least 24 hours notice. We don't accept same-day bookings. However, if you would like to have a same-day medical examination, please contact us by phone.
You can only make a booking for one appointment. Please book any subsequent appointments after your medical examination.
If you have made a booking in person or over the phone, you cannot change or cancel an appointment using your mobile phone. Please call the clinic to change or cancel.
